    I doubt i'll finish the 31,000 words necessary to "win" NaNoWriMo 2015, but it's actually been a lot of fun!

      I like dumplings myself. Fortune cookies are cool too. As for the writing, I love sports so I find ways to connect the worlds and in doing so I've found that the greatest athletes embraced the hard work, and the straight up mundaneness of constantly practicing because they knew that's how they'd get that tiny bit better than everyone else.     I know this video is about advertising, but how is this any different than our industry?

      I saw this earlier this week and thought the same thing in how it compares to this industry. It's not exactly the same but there are similarities. Like creating a story all on your own then having to sell all it's rights if you want to get a movie made.

      Hiddleston and Cumberbatch I think could both fit the next bond. Personally though, I've always been a fan of Tom Hardy, him and Daniel Craig in Layer Cake, loved that movie. That's why I was happy when they first announced Craig would be the next Bond, because I've been a fan of his and Hardy's for a long time. So, I'd like to see Hardy give it a go now. He'd jazz bond up a bit. Wouldn't mind seeing Kathryn Bigelow give directing Bond a stab either. Whoever direct...

      I liked these last set of bond movies. And I liked Daniel Craig as bond. With that said, I do hope the next bond and bond films are a little more upbeat, Craig's bond was a little on the brooding, I'm kind of always mad because someone stole my lunch money, side. A happier bond wouldn't be so bad.

    So thoughts about the Suicide Squad sizzle trailer that "leaked" yesterday? Honestly, I loved it! Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn *MIGHT* be an inspired casting choice that going to make her a star it seems. I can't wait to see it when it comes out next year!

    Who's reading what? Latest round of WTF should I be reading in my downtime? Looking for new(er) material. 2013/2014. Any recommendations?

      I've got a thriller called No Place of Peace if anyone wants to read, pm me. Its with a couple management reps but I write to be read and as many eyeballs I can get I'm happy for. Otherwise, I finished, Brilliance (the first book) and The Shining Girls, a little while ago. Both really good reads.

    TBers who use tablets to read scripts on (iPad, Kindle Fire, Galaxy Tab) How has your experience been with it? Does it hurt your eyes to read off something like that for extended periods of time?

    How many franchises have pulled 5 sequels, as the F&F franchise surely will? All I can think of are horror movies (Friday the 13th, Halloween).

      Harry Potter. Rambo got up to 4. They're working on a 5th Die Hard. There will be a 5th Mission Impossible after Ghost Protocol and the Bourne franchise will reach 5 too. Star Wars. I'm guessing James bond doesn't count. Will the 3 Lord of The Rings plus the 2 Hobbits being filmed, count as 5?

    Playthings underwent it's first "public" judgement at the Screenwest Feature Navigator Development Workshop. Jonathan Rawlinson, Simon Van Der Borgh & Elissa Down all gave us the thumbs up to keep working on it and now we are doing a page 1 rewrite!
