      A pretty standard doc used around town. Usually for 6 months. Anything over 6 should just be negotiated into an option.

      What the hell is a shopping agreement? Isn't that basically what an option is since most options are for beer money anyway? Please elaborate if you know.

      real options are for 10% of the purchase price, otherwise they aren't legal for WGA members or signatory producers.
