I always thought they should make a spoof movie called TWIST ENDING. Where like SCARY MOVIE, it incorporates other movies' plots and makes fun of them. They could have the "he's a ghost" from SIXTH SENSE, "he's imaginary" from FIGHT CLUB, "he's a she" from THE CRYING GAME, etc. And the ending is the whole movie is a dream or something.

  8. The sad realization that I have been apart of this site for four years and progressed much slower then I hoped all the while watching it grow to an incredible resource and outlet. Time to change that.

  9. Copyright question for you guys. I was thinking of (loosely) basing a script on one of Isaac Asimov's short stories which is, of course, copyrighted. Anyway I can use it? I'm not planning on stelling or anything, probably just put it on YouTube.

I went to law school and studied Copyright Law, but never took the bar exam. So not a licensed attorney, but familiar with the subject matter.

70 years plus life of the author. He died fairly recently, so no dice.

  12. If at first you don't succeed, make another Green Lantern movie, because WHY WOULD YOU TRY AN ORIGINAL CONCEPT INSTEAD?

    1. mebishop2001

      mebishop2001

Because Disney pioneered the branded entertainment concept and it works so WB copied it!

  20. story endings with protagonists walking away from camera, resuming an argument or banter or repartee? It seems like a convention (like riding off into sunset), yet I'm stuck for examples.
