If you believe Franklin's explanation of the guy's "intern duties," and there's not really a reason not to, he just did a few hours of remote work, which is nothing. Any contest with even a hint of professionalism takes the writer's name off the cover page, so I highly highly doubt the readers would have known this guy was a "buddy" of the Black List. Looks innocent, IMHO, and let's not act like one writer signing with CAA means we've seen the ascension...
