    Got a head ache from watching elysium. i was hoping the dreadful paul greengrass style of shooting action scenes died off... one of many many things wrong with elysium

      I loved the tech and the visuals. Probably some of the most 'accurate' future tech in recent memory.

       

      The story was a mess though, the flashbacks loaded with melodramatic music were poison to the pacing.

       

      Also, in the script it mentions that Jodie Foster's character is 108 years old. For whatever reason that little bit didn't make it into the movie, but I thought it was interesting.

      idk about accuracy but i sure hated those flashbacks which seemed like a cheap knock off of the ironically elysium dream sequences in gladiator
