Read some of it. Typical biopic material but... so important for amateur writers to see SHORT SCENES and lots of them. quickest way to spot an amateur script is if there's a severe page dialogue scene within the first ten pages. Pretty sure sign that you don't have enough material and are already having to pad things out. that BA does not do and it's that PACE as well as the subject matter that made people like it.

Same disinterested reaction for me. Characters, scenes couldn't hold my interest.

@Scott, completely agree. I read this small amateur-ish biopic script awhile back from someone or another called The Social Network. First scene was like 15 pages of straight dialogue! Pretty sure that one went nowhere and haven't heard much about that writer since.
