      Haters should read his LEFTOVERS pilot. It's fantastic.

      his writing style is flash and bang, but ultimately lacking. But his biggest offense is Star Trek Into Darkness. That thing was awful in that it was lazy writing. "You brought me to speak Klingon. Let me speak Klingon." Christ.

      "Did Star Trek need a ship plow into SF? I don't know, but it felt like it did." Wrong answer - especially given how that sequence played out from a story telling perspective it felt like a midpoint sequence and not a final act.
