Not at all. Go to Redbox and you will see a TON of knock-offs of upcoming theatrical-release movies. They are trying to confuse some people with similar concepts/titles and entice others who know it's not the same movie but may enjoy anyway. I recently saw a BRAVE knock-off there.
It's The Asylum. Ripping off big budget Hollywood movies is part of their business model. Abe, American Warships, Alien:Origin. It's been a big summer for them.
