      Insulting to the audience's intelligence? That's a rarity. Was there a single blockbuster that came out this year- other than GRAVITY- that wasn't insulting to the audience's intelligence?

      Didn't read the script but when I saw numerous credited writers in the opening credits the warning bells sounded. My girlfriend bailed after 20 minutes but I felt compelled to see it through, which I do from time to time to remind myself of what doesn't work.

      I didn't realize there was so much hate for this movie. I put it on as background noise, and thought meh but I haven't really been tracking other opinions. The script got a lot of love (I think TB Red listed it as one of his favorites). Any opinions from someone who loved the script and saw the movie?
