haven't watched yet. Is it awesome, or is Barrowman the main draw?

First two series are a bit iffy, but solid as a whole. The third series is a political/scifi thriller - best 5 hours of television I've watched from BBC. Series 4 is interesting but falls a little short. Barrowman is stellar throughout.
