Actually that's partially right. It is run by Jason Scoggins, who once upon a time created "Its on the Grid" but left the company when the company was bought and IMO torn apart and left for dead by The Wrap. This is obviously, my opinoon, not that of the TB guys, but I also know thats a key reason TB does not do any business with IOTG anymore. At best they just copy and paste the stuff the TB guys put up on their main site.

But while I've yet to check out specscout, I've seen the snapshots (prob the same as everyone else) and it does seem like an interesting concept & idea for sure. But execution will of course determine that.
