I'm going to second what TB Red said. My opinion is it's garbage. They are essentially claiming to act as a sort of agent (despite what they say about that - they purport to connect your script with professionals who may option it) and charge YOU!! The cut should come from the back end, not from the writer. If they are charging the writer and not the producer than take a guess at how many of these scripts are ACTUALLY getting optioned for anything meaningful.

When I looked through their "optioned" scripts I didn't see any that I recognized as ones I'd heard about selling. Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong about this but it sure seems pretty fishy to me.
