Why does every article about Mixology describe the show as high concept? It's a comedy set in a bar. It's very low concept. Nothing wrong with that.

I think because it takes place over the course of one night? (Not sure if every episode lasts one night or the entire run of the series lasts one night? Now, that's high concept!)
