    My thoughts while watching THIS IS 40 with the wife last night: "This is 40 minutes too long..."

      A bad Apatow comedy is still way better than most comedies. But you're totally right. 40 minutes too long.

      I thought This is 40 was his worst movie to date. I had to debate that between Funny People, and this, with the realization that either could have been great.... with 40 minutes snipped off. So true.

      This is the second thread I've seen about this and now I'm getting really depressed--it had been on top of my must-see list. (But hey, maybe my expectations are being lowered just enough now...)
