    This is 40: Agree it's too long, but the big problem for me is that it's just NOT FUNNY. Sorry, but Apatow's style is just played out. If this exact same movie had come out in 2007, I would have been laughing uproariously. You gotta know when to move on.

      5 Year Engagement was OK. I redbox'd it recently. It was also way too long though. The wife liked 5 Yr more than 40 too.

      Celeste and Jesse Forever was a decent Romantic Dramedy, but I can't nominate it for classic status. Rashida Jones is so far ahead of Andy Samberg when it comes to acting, it was distracting. I love Samberg but I don't know if he's ready for dramas.

      Just watched this last night with my wife also.... there are a lot of scenes that felt random and out of place. Wasn't his best work by any means.
