    I know this is old news but I'm on p. 70 of Justin Marks' "Earth Prime" and I'm loving it so hard. I can't believe no one bought this - maybe because the budget would have been 80 quadrillion dollars.

      Thinking about this more, if there was one thing I'd change, I'd slow it down a notch in Act II. The pace is so frenetic, and the body count so high, that I come out of it only feeling about 3/4 of the emotion I should be. I'd maybe swap one of those big set pieces (maybe the showdown with the skinhead's brother since I don't think that subplot adds very much) and add in another scene like the one with Bijou in the bathroom, or maybe somehow extend that one.       I thought it was all sort of mechanical. A lot of the action reads like the writer doesn't care and just wants to get it over with.
