      Thanks. I've seen these reports, but was curious if the later writers abandoned it altogether.

      I didn't really see Dubai as a Jack Ryan movie myself, when I read it a couple years ago (or whenever) and was surprised to hear they were going that direction with it. Guess someone else didn't think it was much of a Jack Ryan movie either.
