Thanks for all the info! We're trying it out just to see right now. I think it all comes down to personal tastes, which really isn't a super objective way to look at something. If you're going from an 8 to a 3, I have to imagine that the 3 reviewer is looking at that 8 saying "no way" and just going in with a IMUSTBREAKYOU attitude.

After reading several scripts from the black list, two things have become clear: It's breathe, not breath and use your damn spell check. Unreal.

I do like re-reading stuff I've written. Not just because I think I'm damn good
, but because my training and years spent doing blind submissions made me paranoid about any errors submitted. It's probably just me, but when writers don't re-read or spell check or grammar proof their own work, it makes me think they don't care enough. I dunno, I agree with you 100%
