Sherlock Holmes 2: One of the best movies I've seen all year. Only one that has beaten it was Midnight in Paris.

For those reading the black list, Beyond The Pale is not a first thing in the morning script...

Hey to answer your question, the sexiest script I ever read was Better Living Through Chemistry. Not sure if anyone answered your question.

Big Nolan fan, but his track record with sound design leads me to fear that Bane's voice won't be altered that much at all, and somehow these choices are all part of Nolan's aesthetic (see Watanabe's sometimes-hard-to-understand accent in 'Inception' smothered in booming score; And ditto for the Scarecrow in Batman Begins)

Script I didn't flip for - I Hope We Can Still Be Friends. Such an awesome premise that was poorly executed and a female character that felt waaaayyy too much like a dude.

Just finished Chris Borrelli's "Sad Jack." Not sure what to make of it. Amazing tone. Feels like "Snatch" meets "Leon: The Professional." Wouldn't know how to review it, but it was good writing for sure.

In regards to the terrible title, when our CE told me about this one, I passed on it from hearing the title alone. It wasn't until later in the day I realized Borelli wrote it. Who the hell would chose that title. It sounds like the movie Ben Stiller made in "Tropic Thunder"... which I'm surprised no one has tried to make yet.

Bitter Script Reader hit the nail on the friggin head today. Gives us unsigned folks some hope .

General Question: How did AMC go from "The obscure old movie channel" to the powerhouse that it is for TV?

Just read The Field. Very interesting horror/thriller spec. It's worth checking out, but it starts rough.

Intrigued by Hell on Wheels. Looking forward to more.

Once Upon a Time is the best new series of the fall thus far. Also enjoyed Grimm and I'm still grasping onto Revenge and Person of Interest. Waiting for Hell on Wheels. You?
