I was looking forward to a read this weekend. The link in the email leads to a TBF error page. It's supposed to be the 4th draft - 11/16/10 written by Blair Erickson. Maybe if I wail like a banshee it'll reappear.

Does the e-mail show who posted it? You could ask them to re-post it.
Mystery solved. I PM'd the original poster and discovered there was a problem uploading the file to the board. So, he removed the post.
