  5. Unbroken. So bloody disappointing. To me what's most compelling about Zamperini's story is his act of forgiveness. You pack that into an endnote? That should've been the story, IMO, with his POW experience in flashback or something. Feel like this movie missed the point entirely. So disappointed. And a little angry.

      I'd argue that. It definitely is its own genre. It may not be "official" but in my eyes and blu-ray collection it's its own genre.

      It's a style for sure but the definition is too loose for it to be a genre. We'd have to start calling High Concept a genre again ;)
