Just read "Snow White and the Huntsman" and I loved it... can't believe I didn't read this long ago. It's beautiful, fun, simple, action packed and filled with tons of escalating conflict.

Finished Parental Consent, Never After, Disciple Program and a few TV Pilots. Looking forward to Hellbound. Didn't like Parental Consent because I didn't buy the setup. Liked the "cuteness" and funny of Never After and Disciple Program was too dense. I also started They Repair Us, but couldn't make it through it

I think Fincher will win Best Director for Dragon Tattoo but there's no way the film can win Best Picture. Speaking of, does anyone know what's the deal with the title sequence in the film? It felt totally removed from the story, whereas the iconic titles in "Seven" were directly related to the story (John Doe constructing one of his journals).

Please remind me, what is the quest in The Hobbit? Why do they put together this group of dwarves and where are they initially going? I'm psyched to see it, but I read the book so long ago I can't remember. I only remember Smaug and Smeagol.

I think they should break Wayne's back and then new superheroes are born as a result. The future becomes Dystopic and then 3-5 years from now we'll have a Batman Beyond Trilogy... Bale plays an old Bruce Wayne (and young thanks to Flashbacks) who is in a wheelchair and trains a new protege to become the next Batman

My guess (and of course it's just a guess) was in order to bring down the bad guy you have to pretend to be a bad guy so Batman agrees to go with their (Bane/Catwoman/etc.'s) plan only to pull a switcheroo as Wayne himself also puts himself and the Wayne Fortune at risk too. Motivations are easy to assess. Catwoman wants $ and despises the rich with empty promises and Bane wants Justice for he or his family for making him a monster and I think Wayne's company and investors wh...
