    While it's certainly not for everybody, I found myself absolutely blown away by Blue is the Warmest Color. The storytelling and dialogue felt raw and unfiltered and the actresses were both great. Highly recommend.

      Watched it last night. That main sex scene is definitely one for the record books. Yes, both actresses did great work - the younger one such a raw nerve it will be interesting to see if she has a career. As for the movie, great emotional honesty and powerful, but all those naturalistic scenes begin to wear you down after a while. Maybe could have lost a half hour and been even better. But god bless the French for still making movies like this.

      Speaking of Blue, I found myself underwhelmed by BLUE RUIN. Wasn't bad, just was expecting alot more from the hype preceding it.
