      I think it's the colors, they're too bright and cartoony, even more so than in the comic book. The costume in the Cap America movie was much more realistic and edgy looking which added to the "realism."

      I agree the colors look way too bright. However, I guess it depends what type of lighting and filters they're using. Maybe it will look okay when it hits the screen.

      Cookiemonster: that's what I'm hoping, too. It looks like felt in person, but on screen hopefully it looks more substantial. Otherwise, I've got my knight costume from third grade to sell to the Arthur and Lancelot folks. ;-)
